Hey, I’m Lucas Erskine, a personal trainer with a passion for helping people push their limits and unlock their full potential. With experience in the gym and a background in construction, I know what it means to work hard, stay disciplined, and build something strong—both physically and mentally.

I wasn’t always a coach. I’ve spent years balancing demanding physical work with my own training, learning firsthand what it takes to stay consistent, push through setbacks, and keep striving for more. I know the feeling of chasing a goal, wondering if you’re capable, and the unbeatable high of finally proving to yourself that you are.

At Prime Force PT, I specialise in Hyrox training, strength development, hypertrophy, and performance coaching, designed for those who want to thrive, not just train.
